The Ballast Office (1835) is a Protected Structure located at Crescent Quay, Wexford. Alteration and modernisation' work carried out at various stages of the building's life generally had a negative impact on historic building fabric.
A full scope of repair and conservation works to the building as well as a new fully glazed rear annexe were proposed restoring this prominent landmark on Wexford Quays.
