Returning from London Neville founded Conroy Architects in 1996 working from a converted Coach House near Enniscorthy. Much of the practice’s early work concentrated on Schools, Churches and small commercial projects. Larger more complex projects followed including mixed use and hotel developments, shopping centres, residential, conservation, healthcare and public works commissions. In 2004 the practice moved to a converted red brick Victorian building on Spawell Road, Wexford.

Since we opened our doors in 1995, we’ve worked on over 1,000 projects covering a wide range of sectors across Ireland and The United Kingdom. We work for private individuals, companies, Local Authorities, Government bodies, Charities and Voluntary Organisations. Our work is defined by a singular purpose: to design the best buildings, places and spaces.
